End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Steer App

 

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the Steer App developer (“App Developer”) regarding the use of the mobile application Steer ("App") provided by the Steer App Developer. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Grant of License:

The App Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Scope of Use:

You may use the App to access and view information, astrology predictions, and related content provided by the App. The content is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice or guidance.

 

Intellectual Property:

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App without prior written consent from the App Developer.

 

Privacy:

The App Developer respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

Restrictions:

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

a) Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

b) Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its servers.

c) Circumvent any technical measures implemented by the App to protect its content or restrict access to the App.

d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.

e) Use the App in a manner that may harm, defame, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The App Developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App or its content. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or its content, even if the App Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Termination:

The App Developer may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in your possession.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

 

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the App Developer regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this Agreement, you must not use the App.
